I do not see any search box...anywhere, either using Firefox 1.5 or MSIE 6

See the navbar - it's the third button

Dieter,
Here I am at home using my almost 10 year old iMac running Mac OS 9.2 with MSIE 5.1 and I can see both the search button and the simple search window in the upper right hand corner. Odd that it I cannot see it with Windows 2000 but I think this version of YaBB still has some issues. I use version 2.1 for a  web site effort I am doing wqth some business students but actually prefer version 1.4 Gold except for the file upload ability of version 2 and greater.

I run it under win2k, win XP with IE, Firefox and Opera without any problems.
The 'Gurdian' is a bit buggy in some portions and the file locking part is a catastrophe ...
