Okay Blitzday - I actually got the script to work without cookies. Mr. Werner wrote some pretty swift perl that really doesn't belong in the same league as ea 1.53. With a few mods, I got it to actually login to.pl but it won't carry the alias/pw. I am getting more familiar with his style but I have 20 other sites I am trying to sell the names on and I must get working systems on all of them. They are all ea 1.53 sites and I am very proficient with them. Of course I have Supercats installed and can't get a Buy it Now site to work right yet. Be patient, people will understand that they have to type it in, they expect to. A dynamic link library would solve it all but Dieter's form is hard to write for. Even HTML can be a pain. I will continue to work on the login. I think it is in the read_reg_file. May have to modify. I am currently using the ea read_reg to get it to work and as you know, Dieter is NOT an esif{ man...but since it is just an event, I can get around it. I'll post here when finished. Don't think I will post on the ea site though (Dieters Competition) unless he approves of it. By the way, like your site! Forgot to mention that on last post!
