I found it already:

elsif statements look like this:

elsif ($form{'action'} eq 'export') { &adminexport; }
elsif ($form{'action'} eq 'exportfile') { &exportfile; }

just copy them as an event in the event section:
Convert them to this:

'export' => \&adminexport,
'exportfile' => \&exportfile,

if you look detailed you can see what to get rid of and what to add..... helps you putting up addons easily once you know this.
