Something not right

I was trying to get eAuction running on my site, but something is not right.
Error measge:

Error

Read-only file system

YOUR SET UP IS NOT CORRECT

No such file or directory

ARRAY(0x83f21c4)
ARRAY(0x83eedf4)
ARRAY(0x83f0a88).

And so on...

In eAuction.pl I haven't changed anything. In eConfig161.pl I have tried many ways - non of them is working...
Directory:
/home/www/auction - non-public
/home/www/r-auction.awardspace.com
/home/www/r-auction.awardspace.com/cgi-bin/eAuction161/ (with Auction.pl and eConfig161.pl files)

eConfig161.pl:

# The Path to a 'NON-WEBACCESSABLE' directory of your system
# Maybe you have to chmode it if you use your own setting

$config{'get_path'} = 1; # Set this from 1 to 0 if you want to use your own setting
$config{'basepath'} = Should I put '/home/www/;
