I just got eAuction downloaded and working today and I am just starting to feel around the program to examine all the neat features it has which is many, but I have a silly question.....I don't see anything about how payments can be made to have an item listed. Am I missing something? Or is there a plugin for such a thing?

No - that's not implemented.
Search the forums for the reasons.
