Smiley Hi again - I changed the code and it certainly made a difference - no problem now with the emails.  PS Were there just the two lines in 162 that needed changing or have I missed some? . . . . thanks again . . . Mac

Sorry I missed your earlier postings but glad your problem is now resolved.
If my notes are correct I found occurrences of the code in the following files:
eAsetup.pl line 292
eAsetup.pl line 317
