Any text editing application or utility (Like Microsoft's NOTEPAD) will do.
I use the freeware program Crimson Editor (Multimedia file viewing and clickable links are available for registered members only!!  You need to Login or Register!!
) when I work on a windows machine. It is a super litttle program.

Open the file eAuction.pl and find the line INSTALLATION (see below). It should be around line 425 of the file. Underneath INSTALLATION are the instructions on how to install and run this auction software.

You wiil need to make some confiuration options in the other file (eConfig161.pl) and I have explained that a little further below. After you have made your changes, simply save the file (do not change any file names, it is not necessary).
