Function: User must read the agreement and accept before actually being registered to your auction.

Question: I would like this feature.  Has anyone converted/created something similar for this version or could it be done easily or could someone point me in the right direction of code to modify?

By The Way: I am trying ALL the posts I could find starting with Harpo/2004 but am still having trouble with it.  I was hoping someone had the 'exact' steps in one place. Thanks
