After setup and installing everything seems to run fine, but no matter what computer I try to register a new account with I get...

I also tried changing the config file from
# Set this from 0 to 1 if the script is running with a real Web-Server
$config{'web_server'} = 0;

to 1 and back to 0 with the same results.

Any help would be appreciated
