Error - uninitialized value

I have been working with the script and making some of the changes that I've seen in the form. I've encountered two errors and I'm not certain why. The first error seems to occur with most of my selections from the button menu. I think there must be a file that the menu checks that not there.

Error 1 - Use of uninitialized value at /.../cgi-bin/eAuction161/eConfig161.pl line 740.

Error
Regfile: Dieter
could not be opened

The second error is when I try to post something. I think this is because I've tryied to get rid of the phone number.

Error 2 -
Use of uninitialized value at /.../cgi-bin/eAuction161/eAuction.pl line 1724.

At the same time I get the first error too. Thanks...Ronnie
