In order to disable the 'Sniper Protection' ...
search eConfig161.pl for $config{'aftermin'} and set the value to 0

In order to prevent users from placing a bid ...
make sure that the 'Starting price', the 'BuyItNow Price' and the 'Reserve Price' are containing the same amount
