OK - I can't contact you via eMail, so I have to post what I wrote to you:

The configuration of your server is a nightmare.

I tried different settings but nothing works in a right way because the permissions of your file system are not right.
The server don't allowe the script to write files/content to the auction directories.

Another point is that the SMTP server doesn't response.

Please set the right permissions for your file systems and find out the right URL of your SMTP server.

Fix this and you will be successful with each kind of program you want to install.
