how exactly does the script for eauction work when the seller is charged money for selling something?

does he have to pay me through paypal or something??? how does it work... and also in order to sell using the script do you need a credit card like ebay?

The doesn't allow you to charge a seller.
It's an auction script and not a money machine ;)
