After 1 hour and 34 minutes I managed to configure the software. Its working perfect on my Apache directory. The only sensitive configuration command was to find the perl in my computer, which is required to add a new #!c:/perl/bin/perl -line before the original #!/usr/bin/perl line on both of the .pl file.
