Good afternoon

I'm very sorry for my English, i'm sure it isn't as good as yours :'(

I have to say that i can not run the program as my company's server Do not support CGI /PHP or perl or..., just FrontPage and javascript, but i have the idea of renting a space to install this one.
(Any idea about this, would be more than wellcome :) )

Ok, my question...

Would be possible to install two Auctions in the same server ?
I means:
A "normal" one with telephones, fornitures, and pcs (old models) and a reverse one (I think it was named as reversed in a previous post), this would be a service, which would be given to a supplier with the lowest price..

In this way, Should I to have two folders to change the "+" by "-" / "-" by "+" in one of them and in the other folder as the program is ? or we could use variable to get a simbol + or - and playing with it according to the type of auction ?

Yes, that's possible.
Create two different directorys within your cgi-bin directory.
Open eConfig161.pl and edit $config{'auction_dir'} in a way that it points to the directory you want to upload the scripts.

Thks to all of you !!

Now, i am checking every possibility.. and checking all the posts in this forum to see the problems/solutions which i could have, in order to install it when we have our own site. :)

To be honest, i must to say that i can not find the script running in any of links given..., sorry.. i have found the script running but none of them had any articles to see the way of runningg :(

I have some ideas that could be possible for version 999.99 :)
1.- When you close an Auction, perhaps you would like to save all the data....(printed or in a file) could it be?
2.- In a reverse Auction (for a service) you could have some questions (compulsory) for the users.. in this way if they match the requirements, they can continue... in this way we evaluate not only the price given but the machinery, workers, security certificates and so on...
3.- A database with the users ? so, we could e-mail them in case we have new articles... in this one, we could say, Hey we have this new article/service that could be interesting for you... (not spam)

Perhaps my ideas are crazy/mess :-[
