Hi all, i'm having a major problem at the moment and any help would be appreciated. basically i'm setting up a web auction based comapnay. having played around with websites when i was younger i fancy having a bash at making my own site (got a proper developer making the real thing but want to build my own as a personal challenge etc)

trouble is it really is just a pet project so i don't want to pay for hosting, i've tried about 4 services already today and find each one misses something i need - the latest being tripod which won't let me chmod anything!

so does anyone know of a site where i can get a free web address with hosting etc which has all the features i need to run this script?
