Title: Apple Errors Post by www.blitzday.com on 08/24/04 at 15:31:03 Hi, Guess who, its me again, sorry :-/ I am running www.blitzday.com and getting more users by the hour ;-) . Can you help me or give me a hint with the following: A user wrote: I checked out the site. It looked good, but when I went to view a picture of say an art object – it was very difficult to bring up the picture – when it finally came up – I could not navigate the screen AT ALL. I thought my computer had crashed. But in fact, when I hit the back button, I found it working fine. I have an apple mac, so maybe your site isn’t compatible with my computer. In that case, I wouldn’t put anything on a site I cannot navigate, or only navigate with great difficulity. You understand, no? Can somebody help me figure out what happened. I asked him for now to retry. Freddy |
Title: Re: Apple Errors Post by www.blitzday.com on 08/24/04 at 15:57:21 a second mail from the user after me asking to do it again: No, I did not try to become a member. I simply tried to see the art that was being auctioned. After a couple of tries and a longish wait – it finally came up onscreen – but could not access info on it, nor move the screen in any way. Had to go back. Same when I tried to view the Nokia cell phone. So I said to meself, “do I want to be on a problematic site?” There is too much out there on the web to waste time on a site with bugs and glitches. Don’t be like MS please. Get it right before launching instead of fixing and patching later. So, sorry. I don’t want my stuff on a difficult site. Look at XXXXXX Easy, what? That’s how it should be. People will not stay around if it’s too difficult. any help? :-) |
