What settings need to be change when I have the server sitting on the East Coast of the US and the auction is coming out of the West Coast with about a 4 hour delay. I could not find the setting for different time zones.

Search eConfig161.pl for

$config{'time_delay'} = 0; # time delay (Server/Client)

Set:

$config{'time_delay'} = 4; # time delay (Server/Client)
