now contains a function that querys the most important blacklists.

I'm going to convert the AccessControl Perl-Code into PHP-Code.

So in the future, AccessControl can be used in order to protect PHP scripts too.

OK - the PHP version works as fine as the Perl version works.
I'm happy.

OK - some users asked me for that and it has been done.

I splitted the php code and the php part has (like the perl part) a separate config file now.

Currently the AccessControl data base contains:

219 Perl files
658345 Perl records

224 PHP files
665253 PHP records

160,534,886 entries of bad IPs

Currently I'm testing a combination of AccessControl and iptables/fail2ban.
That means: AccessControl writes into an additional file that is readable by iptables/fail2ban and will add bad IPs to the database of iptables (DROP).
With my Server it is working just fine but the system is needed to test for a longer time.

Another testcase is the use of blocking bad IPs on the direct way to iptables.
It works fine with perl but currently I'm not sure if it will work with the php script too.
