If you want to become a member of the forum, you have to register before.
Only registered users have write permission and have access to the members-area where the download link is located.
The administrator decides whether the data you send with your registration are acceptable or not.

Absolutely required data are:
- an eMail address that corresponds with your domain
- the reason why you would like to become a member

In other words: your registration must be verifyable.
